Brizo, Park Hotel Clarke Quay celebrates SG50 with a Taste of Singapura Buffet!


From now till 30th September 2015, Brizo Restaurant and Bar at the Park Hotel Clarke Quay will be celebrating the nation’s 50th birthday with a “Taste of Singapura” theme. Available every Wednesday to Sunday evenings, the buffet will feature a tasty assortment of seafood and local delights such as the Fish Head Curry, Butter Prawns with Curry Leaves, Har Cheong Gai, Black Pepper Crab and even the nation’s favourite Chilli Crab. Finish off the buffet with a selection of Durian Pengat, Kueh and even Potong Ice Cream. Priced at $58++ (Wed and Thu) or $68++ (Fri to Sun) for dinners, this is one place to tuck in to local favourites all in a single sitting.
