The newest addition to Orchard Central comes in the form of love. Sarang, aptly set to immerse diners with a show kitchen, outdoor bar, magnificent view of the city and a team of 8 Korean chefs, aims to replicate the youthful Seoul setting for all.
Yesterday’s media event highlight at Sarang was the food photography workshop organized by Orchard Central and conducted by Dr. Leslie Tay of ieatishootipost. Basics of food photography like lighting, composition, depth of field and all so popular one third rule were discussed.
Commis Chef Kim Myoung Ha
Sampling portions were served around but I didn’t eat them all (Was too engaged taking photographs and sharing some ideas with Leslie – Very rare to get such excellent natural lighting as well). And before I knew it, I was one of the last few left. And as for now, let’s imagine the taste of the dishes by looking at my pictures!
