Marina Bay Sands’ second Annual Food and Wine fair makes a return this year from the 12th to 14th September. With a line up of over 50 restaurants, wineries and brands participating, this is the event to be at for a sneak peak at a spread of luxurious culinary expertise. For this weekend only, witness Celebrity Chefs Tetsuya Wakuda, Nancy Silverton, Justin Quek, David Thompson and David Myers creating their masterpieces and interacting with guests throughout the exhibition. One key experience at the Epicurean Market is the Master Class Highlights where Chefs, Bakers, Mixologists, and Sommeliers will present secrets and tricks of the trade every hour from 12.45pm to 8pm on Saturday and 11.15am to 7.45pm on Sunday. On Saturday, take part in the Great Fiji Water Race and the Mystery Box Challenge. In the Great Fiji Water Race, participants stand to win a grand prize of $2000 cash and a 3 day 2 night stay at Marina Bay Sands. The #GreatFIJIWaterRace will see adventurous foodies challenge the clock as they earn points by completing the various assigned tasks such as Celebrity Chef Spotting and Coffee Art design. Contestants are required to engage on platforms such as Instagram or Twitter as part of the race, and with a total of 5 mandatory tasks and 2 bonus tasks to complete, the person who earns the most number of points in the shortest time wins!
