This Christmas season, indulge in The Fullerton Hotel’s Chocolate Marshmallow Yule Log. Made using 53% Tropilla dark chocolate for its mousse and stuffed with fluffy, white marshmallows, the cake has a chocolate fudge sponge base with a layer of chocolate ganache in between. Simply fabulous, creamy, decadent, especially catered for chocolate lovers.
