Red Wine Poached Barramundi with Cauliflower Puree and Nashi Pear @ Salt Grill & Sky Bar – The star of the show is the cauliflower puree for its heavenly foam like texture yet with the succulent scent of cauliflower tickling out from beneath.
Singapore Restaurant Week is back and this time with even more restaurants participating than ever before! With over 100 restaurants in the line up, guests are promised an even more extensive spread to choose from for that dining experience beginning at $25++ and $35++ per person for lunch and dinner respectively.
Poire William Caramel Creme Brulee @ Equinox – One of the best Creme Brulees ever. Upon serve, the decadent smoky sweet scent wafts up. Crackling through the caramelized top revealing the custard below, then tasting it to allow the sweetness enveloping the tastebuds, it was a dessert experience renewed altogether!
Bookings have already begun at www.restaurantweek.sg and from what I’ve seen, seats are running out fast. Specially this year, the 7th of October will be reserved exclusively to BMW owners.
And if you are at Equinox or Salt Grill & Sky Bar, be promised a view that is jawdropping especially at night! I look forward to my own visit to Skyve, and seriously I’m craving for it already =D
