Morganfield’s, known for their selection of hearty ribs and is reputed as the home of the sticky bones, now has an extremely decadent ribs buffet. For $40++ a person, guests can tuck in to unlimited ribs served in four different sauces: the all-time favourite Hickory BBQ, aromatic Smoked Peppercorn, mouth-watering Garlic BBQ and the piquant Spicy Asian BBQ. This along with sides of creamy mushroom soup, the restaurant’s homemade corn bread, coleslaw and a good ol’ chilli. The verdict? Good for ribs lovers, especially those who enjoy their ribs that are slow cooked and with meat that simply fall off the bone.

Although the July promotion has since passed, Morganfield’s did a fantastic job in preparing the Black Angus Beef Rib ($74.90). The dish was complimentary for every four paying adults at the buffet. The meat was tender, juicy and brimming with flavour.
