Getting That Crispy Goreng Pisang At Chong Pang

I have always enjoyed Goreng Pisang. Nevermind that its oily and mushy, but its the golden yellow crisp skin combined with the soft warm bananas within that appeals the most to me. Particularly, the Goreng Pisang sold at Wee Sian Yuen Eatery is one of the best I have tasted.

Once it comes out piping hot, people snap it up real fast. 5 for $2? I say its decent pricing.

Too bad they don’t have the little bits of crunchy yellow fried batter that is reminiscent of other Goreng Pisang stalls.
