This Christmas season, the Park Hotel group will be celebrating with a gorgeous selection of meats, cuts and Seafood across their flagship restaurants for all guests. With different delights available at Grand Park Orchard, Grand Park City Hall and Park Hotel Clarke Quay, guests will have something different to look forward to with each night at the various localities.



Park Hotel Christmas 2013-3

The seafood selection available during dinners. Look out for various items such as lobsters, scallops, oysters – a little something for everybody to indulge in sea sweetness.

Park Hotel Christmas 2013-1

One dish to look out for is the Spanish Paprika Crispy Pork Belly stuffed with Apricot from the Park Hotel Clarke Quay. The skin crisp, the belly fat soft and tender with the meat succulent in each bite. This is one festive treat worth the calories. The stuffing of apricots balance out the flavours nicely, giving a sweet dimension in each bite.



Park Hotel Christmas 2013-9

From Grand Park Orchard, the Asian-flavoured Turkey with Cumin & Ground Hazelnut Sauce is made available for the buffet table. An interesting concept with decent Turkey meat but with flavours that is more acquired than generally delectable.

Park Hotel Christmas 2013-6

At Park Hotel Clarke Quay, the choice of Whole Garoupa Crusted in Sea Salt with Chive Crème Fraice is one unique option. While the meat is generally flavourful, it can tend to get a little strong in saltiness and would be perfect with a side of mash.

Park Hotel Christmas 2013-8

Grand Park Orchard will also feature a Roasted Australian Beef Prime Ribs with Shallot Sauce and a Roasted Australian Wagyu Hind Shank with Thyme Jus for all meat lovers. Exciting Eh.
