Its The Crab Specialist

My family definitely has strong craves and urges for anything crab like and coated with salted egg yolk. On the other hand, I am rather partial to the hardy crustacean as I cannot fathom the luxury of scraping past the shells for the treasured meat. So the largest differentiating factor for me, other than looking at how fresh the crab is, is actually the sauce that comes along with it.
