For me, the most exciting on the line up has to be the Baked Mooncake with 8-Treasure Mala and Jamon Iberica. A tantalizing mix of sweet, savoury and spicy flavours is heartily infused into a single sitting and definitely a departure from the traditional lotus paste collection. 4 pieces for $65++.

The Baked Mooncake Selection will also feature one piece each of the Red Bean Paste, Double Yolk, Single Yolk and Macadamia Nuts for $60++.
